Privacy Policy
At Novuscorepr Advisory LLC we handle your personal data with the rigor required by Puerto Rico legislation and applicable federal regulations. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Novuscorepr Advisory LLC, with offices at 239 Ave. Arterial Hostos, Suite 1402, San Juan, PR 00918, EIN 87-4421187, is the entity responsible for processing the data collected through novuscorepr.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, message), basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookie consent data. We do not collect Social Security numbers or sensitive financial information through the site.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to your inquiries, manage the advisory relationship you request, comply with legal obligations (including Puerto Rico Act 247-2022 on consumer-service transparency) and, only if authorized, for statistical measurement and personalized advertising under Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (form and cookie banner), the performance of a services contract when you hire our advisory, and compliance with legal obligations in Puerto Rico and the United States.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share it with technology providers acting as processors (web hosting, professional email and, when you authorize it, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4). All providers are subject to confidentiality agreements and, when applicable, to standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
6. Retention period
We keep form data for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Cookie preferences are kept for 12 months or until you change them.
7. Your rights
You may request at any time access, correction, deletion, objection and restriction of the processing of your data by writing to hola@novuscorepr.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption, access control, encrypted backups) to protect your data. No system is fully infallible: in the event of a relevant security incident we will inform you without undue delay.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
