Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the novuscorepr.com website and the advisory services provided by Novuscorepr Advisory LLC. By using the site or requesting our services you accept these terms.
1. Provider identification
Novuscorepr Advisory LLC, registry No. 442-1187 of the Puerto Rico Department of State, EIN 87-4421187, with fiscal address at 239 Ave. Arterial Hostos, Suite 1402, San Juan, PR 00918.
2. Subject of the service
Novuscorepr provides financial orientation services, eligibility verification for state and federal aid programs, and assistance preparing administrative files. We do not provide banking, insurance, investment or legal representation services before courts.
3. Fees and payment
The initial consultation and eligibility check are free. Any subsequent service is invoiced according to the written estimate the client signs before work begins. We accept payments in USD by ACH transfer, ATH Móvil and credit card.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information, to submit the required documentation on time and not to use the site for unlawful purposes. Novuscorepr is not responsible for outcomes derived from incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, graphics, logos, images) is owned by Novuscorepr Advisory LLC or used under license. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Novuscorepr performs its work with professional diligence but does not guarantee the approval of any benefit, credit or aid, as the final decision rests exclusively with the competent public agencies. Novuscorepr’s maximum liability toward the client is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
7. Cancellation and refund
The user may cancel an ongoing service in writing. If cancellation occurs before the file is submitted, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded; if it occurs after submission, no refund applies but the prepared file will be delivered to the user.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by the federal laws of the United States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the San Juan Division of the Court of First Instance, without prejudice to consumer rights to seek DACO.
9. Changes
Novuscorepr may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on novuscorepr.com. Services already contracted are governed by the version in force at the time of contracting.
